INCLUDED:
- Consultation to gage your needs* – what is it the one thing you most need to change in your life?
- 2x 2 hour RTT Hypnotherapy session in-person at my Melbourne office or online (via Zoom)
- Your own unique hypnosis mp3 that you are required to listen to for the following 21 days. Your recording will be approx. 15 – 20 minutes long. You can listen any time you want thereafter.
- An over-the-phone coaching session approx. 2 weeks after each in-person RTT session, for continued support. Sessions run 30 min.
- GOING DEEPER* – Additional 2 hour RTT Sessions + Coaching at reduced price of $420
